We want to give you the best possible service and are constantly expanding our payment options. You can choose from the currently available payment methods in the checkout process. Cash and EC cash payment are also possible for direct collection.
Every payment transaction costs us fees and time. It is smartest for us if you pay by bank transfer in advance to our account. Possible payment transaction fees are at your expense. This procedure saves us a lot of time and therefore money so that we can grant you a nice 3% discount.

Przelewy24 - a payment method that is particularly popular in Poland and is carried out via Mollie.
Ratepay invoice purchase via the following PayPal checkout. A PayPal account is not required.
Trustly - a popular payment method in many Nordic countries which is processed by us via Mollie.
TWINT - a payment method that is particularly popular in Switzerland and is carried out via Mollie.
Shipping
In over 100,000 shipments, DHL and DHL Express have proven themselves to be the most reliable shipping partners.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and volume. We have weighed and measured each item - so you pay shipping only for what you order. Often you can also choose between different shipping methods (e.g. Premium or Express).
How do you get the shipping costs displayed?
Put everything you want to buy into the shopping cart.
Now click on "My shopping cart".
Select the country of delivery and enter the postal code.
Now you will see possible shipping methods and shipping costs.
Our tip
Register or log in to the store. Now you will see the delivery times for each item. Also the shipping costs will be calculated automatically.
Parcel tracking
We ship with DHL as standard and only with shipment tracking. The tracking data is included as an active link in the cover letter of the shipping confirmation email and at the top right of the invoice, which is sent upon delivery. For special shipments (freight forwarders and other shipping service providers...), the tracking data is sent separately.
We are a bulk shipper. Therefore, the consignments are not scanned when they are collected, but only in the subsequent sorting process. It therefore often takes 24-48 hours for updated shipment status data to be available.
Delays and losses
Please contact us in the event of delivery delays so that we can intervene. Delivery time complaints are only processed by the shipping companies if the standard delivery time is exceeded by 10 working days.
Lost shipments are extremely rare (0.0375% for us), here and there it just takes longer.
If we are unable to locate and deliver a consignment within a short period of time following a transit time complaint, we will issue a loss report. This results in a blocking period (3 weeks for national shipments, 6 weeks for international shipments) during which Post / DHL must investigate and deliver the shipment in accordance with the Postal Act. A return to the sender is not intended.
For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to send a subsequent delivery free of charge during this period - we will then lose our claim for damages against the Post / DHL and an uncontrollable, double delivery would be possible at our expense.
If you need the goods urgently, you can of course order the items again - it goes without saying that they will be processed at short notice.
As soon as the Post / DHL has confirmed the loss of the goods, you have the choice of a short-term subsequent delivery by us or an immediate refund. We will of course also refund you at short notice if you receive the goods twice as part of the new order and send us a return shipment.
Note that when shipping to non-EU countries may incur additional local costs and local taxes you have to bear yourself and pay before or at delivery. About the amount of these costs you can inform yourself at the local institutions in advance; due to the variety of delivery countries we have unfortunately no current information. Also, for shipments outside of the EU with a value of 1000 Euro or more, special customs and export regulations must be observed which may delay the delivery and cause further costs at your expense. Please contact us before buying if you have any questions.
Export / VAT declaration / VAT-free purchase / VAT-free delivery
You will always receive a VAT invoice with the goods.
Case 1) Delivery to persons residing within the European Union
You will receive an invoice showing the corresponding VAT rate of the country of delivery.
Case 2) Delivery to private individuals residing outside the European Union
As an exporter liable for export to non-EU countries, we must provide proof of export in order to be able to deliver VAT-free or to be able to refund VAT already paid.
Direct shipping to your home address outside the EU:
We deliver VAT-free directly to your home address outside the EU as our shipping receipt is sufficient to prove the export.
Please note that shipping may incur additional local costs as well as local taxes that you have to pay yourself before or upon delivery. You can find out about the amount of these costs in advance from the local authorities; unfortunately, we do not have any up-to-date information due to the large number of delivery countries. Also, for deliveries outside the EU from a value of 1000 euros, special customs and export regulations must be observed which can delay delivery and cause further costs to be borne by you.
Delivery to your shipping address in Germany - you ship the goods to your home country:
When ordering, provide your German shipping address and your billing address (your registered home address). A change after invoicing is not possible.
In order for us to be able to refund the VAT, you as the buyer must provide proof that you have exported the goods from the EU.
In Germany, it is necessary to present the goods with the invoice received from us to German customs at the border / airport when leaving the country, which will then be provided with an export note and an official stamp. Please note: a subsequent export receipt will not be issued.
Please send us the original stamped invoice as proof of export. Please provide us with your payment details so that we can refund the VAT at short notice.
Delivery to your shipping address in the EU but outside Germany - you export the goods to your home country:
Due to countless local regulations and procedures to which we only have limited access, a recognized and secure proof of export is not given and therefore a VAT refund in the case of transit of goods is unfortunately not possible.
Many years of experience show that it is a practicable way to send the goods directly to the home address. Please feel free to contact us.
Case 3) VAT-free delivery to companies with a VAT identification number
If you have a VAT identification number that can be used by us for invoicing and a company outside Germany, we can supply your company VAT-free. Please contact us if you have any questions on this topic.

Return and exchange or refund
Doesn't fit - I would like a different size... Wrong item ordered or don't like it...
Returning goods and placing a new order are two separate processes.
For example, if you have ordered something that may not fit you perfectly and you would like to try a different size, simply reorder the desired size. The same applies if you have ordered the wrong item or would like a different item.
We grant you a 4-week right of return, so you can wait until you receive the new item and then decide what to return. This may save you double return shipping costs and makes the comparison easier.
Please ensure that the goods are carefully packaged to protect them and that the return shipment reaches us without damage.
In accordance with the withdrawal policy, you bear the costs of the return shipment.
Return address and refund
Please enclose the invoice or delivery bill with the return shipment and provide us with brief information (handwritten is sufficient) about the issue.
The refund will be made promptly after the return has been checked.
