With internal dimensions on the mouthpiece side of about 34 x 17 mm perfectly fit the second stages of Apeks regulators TX, ATX, XTX and many other models.
Apeks usually has a mouthpiece - connection of 36 x 18 mm. Please check the dimensions before ordering.
Your personal ergonomic mouthpiece, which you can (after heating) optimally adapt to your individual bite structure.
This greatly reduces the load on the jaw and significantly increases the wearing comfort.

Please note:
This malleable mouthpiece must be mounted with a little force and possibly some spit or also be warmed up a little on the mounting side so that a secure mounting is possible.
This may sound complicated, but it is not really :-) But so the mouthpiece sits really tight and will accompany you for a long time.
Application: (Note the attached drawing).
1) Identify the top of the mouthpiece - this is marked "UP". The side spacers remain in the mouthpiece during heating and shaping of the mouthpiece to ensure minimum material thickness. Be careful to avoid swallowing the lateral spacers and remove the lateral spacers after the fitting process.
2) Fix the mouthpiece to the enclosed tool and hold the tool firmly and immerse the mouthpiece in 90 - 100 °C hot water and heat the mouthpiece for approx. 10 - 20 seconds.
3) Take the mouthpiece out of the water, shake off the remaining water and let the mouthpiece cool down for 6-15 seconds.
4) Place the mouthpiece with the "UP" side up in your mouth and form the mouthpiece by biting hard.
5) If an optimal fit is not yet achieved, the mouthpiece can be repeatedly heated and reshaped.
6) Now mount the mouthpiece on your second stage of your regulator and fix the mouthpiece with a suitable tool such as a sufficiently strong cable tie.
Moisten the mouthpiece in the connection area (diver's spit also helps :-) , so that the mouthpiece slides better onto the connection of the regulator.
Of course, the material must not be too soft as a standard mouthpiece because it would not be tightened only with the force of a cable tie...
