Revision regulator 1st stage (plus service kit)
We revise a 1st stage of the manufacturer APEKS & AQUA LUNG with simultaneous purchase of the service kits with us.
Do you have multiple 1st stages to revise, then just put the item in the cart multiple times.
If necessary additional material which is not included in the manufacturer service kit will be charged separately.
For liability reasons we can not use already purchased kits (obsolescence, missing parts).
For regulators with pressure gauge or other monitoring device and / or inflator hose, the revision of the high-pressure swivel joint and the inflator coupling is not included in the service price but optional of course possible.
One of the most important maintenance work on your regulator is the regular revision. Here, the parts, seals and O-rings, which the manufacturer requires with the revision kits, are renewed as standard. We have all the tools to perform the maintenance of your regulator according to the manufacturer's specifications.
We use only original manufacturer spare parts kits. These include new gasket(s) or O-ring(s) and often other parts such as high pressure seat and filter. We then perform a performance analysis and if necessary adjustment using the Airscan test equipment. The regulator is ventilated according to standard specifications. Its performance is recorded and documented or readjusted. This gives you security, secures the function and the value preservation.
Single 1st or 2nd stages do not receive a test protocol. Sets consisting of at least one 1st and one 2nd stage receive a test report from the AirScan test bench.
Ordering service work
The procedure is simple:
1. print out the service order and fill in the relevant fields.
2. send us your regulator(s), computer, jacket, wing, dry suit... with the completed service order form.
Once we have received your consignment, we will check the work involved and send you an order confirmation by e-mail. Now we need your approval - you can also instruct us to make the payment. 4.
4. as soon as we have received your approval, we will carry out the work.
5. test passed and payment received? The good piece is already returned to you...
