right of revocation 

You can revoke your contract declaration within 4 weeks in text form (e.g. letter, e-mail) without giving reasons. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. 
The timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient to comply with the revocation period.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts: - for the delivery of goods made to customer specifications or- clearly tailored to personal needs or- which are not suitable for return due to their nature or- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or software, if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the consumer or- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines and magazines, unless the consumer has made his contract declaration by telephone. 

Consequences of revocation: In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender to us the received service or uses (e.g. benefits of use) or cannot return them in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us in this respect. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for drawn uses if the use or the deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of the properties and the mode of operation. Testing of properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a shop, for example. Goods that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you can prove that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline. You have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled by us within 14 days. We will use the same means of payment for the repayment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for such repayment.
